The process of molding custom ear plugs takes about 30 minutes to mold to your ear. We hold onto them after molding for finishing work and call you when they’re ready for pickup. Our price is $60/Pair.

1. We start by cleaning your ears thoroughly with wipes and a Q-tip. (You do it, we provide the supplies)
2. We place an appropriately sized foam stopper in your ear short of the eardrum to easily remove the plug and keep from injecting too far.
3. We wait 7-10 minutes for the plug to cure. (We ask that you don’t speak during this as jaw movement prevents us from having a proper cure.)
4. We remove the earplugs and clean them in prep for finishing touches.
5. We trim excess material away.
6. We clear coat the plugs and attach them to their string.
7. We call you to pick up your finished custom ear plugs!
