We took out the pre-travel from this Colt Python by tuning the hammer and sear engagement reducing the trigger pull from a stock 5.9lbs to 3.15lbs. No aftermarket parts needed!

Tikka T3x MJ Brake Complete Close — This Tikka T3x needed a muzzle brake. We threaded the barrel, contour and taper matched our MJ Brake, and left it with a stainless finish to help tame this 300 WIN MAG.

Tikka T3x Barrel Thread — Eli is adjusting the barrel of the Tikka T3x to center it within the lathe.

Tikka T3x Barrel Thread — Eli is ensuring the exterior of the barrel is centered in the lathe prior to threading.

Tikka T3x Barrel Thread — Eli is using this indicator to ensure the inside of the barrel is centered properly in the machine before starting the threading process.

Here you can see our gunsmith bumping the shoulder of the barrel back bit-by-bit to properly time the muzzle brake.

10mm G20 Hex Stipple Burnt Bronze Holosun 509t — This customer brought in their 10mm G20 for an overhaul. We milled the slide for a Holosun 509T , cut windows, and cerakote burnt bronze. We performed a grip reduction on the frame and laser stippled the new grip texture.
